Blueprint will release a compilation titled 20 Years Of Blueprint in May.
Founded in 1996, Blueprint is among the UK’s most influential techno labels, emerging during a fertile period for UK techno when imprints such as Downwards, Peacefrog and Dynamic Tension were also established.
20 Years Of Blueprint collects 17 previously unreleased cuts from a UK-orientated pool of artists such as Regis, Tessela, Truss, Planetary Assault Systems, Blawan and Oliver Ho, along with contributions from founder James Ruskin (under his own name and alongside Mark Broom as The Fear Ratio). The package is composed of a four-disc vinyl set, pressed onto clear wax, and a poster with a batch of stickers.
